We allow you to purchase most products through the online store. Exceptions are certain products that due to size, fragility or similar reasons cannot be purchased online, and these items contain information that purchase is only possible in Pet Shop Bobi stores. For products that contain the addition "various colors", "various shapes", "various characters", "various tastes", "various sizes", etc., it is not possible to order a specific feature (eg a specific color or shape of the product) and an image illustrating such a product is for information only.

The Pet Shop Bobby website can be used and all content viewed for your private use at no charge for use. Pet Shop Bobi is not responsible for telephone costs, data traffic or any other costs that may be incurred when ordering or browsing / searching the website.

Minimum order amount is RSD 500.00 (excluding shipping costs).

Upon completion of the purchase process, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided on the purchase form. In the event that we are unable to deliver any of the ordered products for any reason, our operator will contact you by phone or e-mail to arrange delivery of a replacement product or possible cancellation of the ordered product.

All prices in Pet Shop Bobi online store are expressed in dinars (DIN) with VAT included.

Pet Shop Bobi d.o.o. may reject the order or not deliver the goods if it finds that the Pet Shop Bobi website has been misused or finds that the information on the order is incomplete or inaccurate, especially if it cannot contact the customer by phone to confirm the order by phone.


Ordered products are paid for:

Conversion Statement and Correctness of shipment, complaint, return and exchange of goods

If you make a payment with a credit card issued by a foreign bank, all payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site.

The image illustrating the product on the website does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product, especially for products whose name on the website states "various colors", "various flavors", "various sizes", "various shapes", etc. ., and the buyer cannot advertise such products on that basis.

We reserve the right to make errors in the description, photos, price and number of items due to the automatic entry of items into the system, as well as automatic order confirmation. In case of an error, the confirmation of our operator is valid.

Ordered products are packaged in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling.

When delivering the goods, please check the delivered goods and report any damage to the person who delivered the goods. If external damage is visible on the delivered goods, the buyer has the right to refuse to take over the ordered goods. Please compare the delivered products (type and quantity of delivered products) with the invoice and if something is missing or the wrong product is delivered, inform the supplier on the spot. The recipient and the deliverer on the spot determine the deficiencies in the minutes and confirm them with their signatures. Please note that checking the correctness of the shipment is the responsibility of the buyer and that subsequent complaints in terms of quantity and type of delivered goods and visible defects are not required to be accepted.

Pet Shop Bobi will, as soon as possible, at the first possible delivery, deliver at its own expense items that are found to be missing from the shipment or delivered in a defective condition, or will grant the customer a refund, at the customer's option.

The buyer has the right to return the goods in case the product has a material or qualitative defect that could not be noticed when taking over the goods. In that case, please advertise such a product to us so that we can arrange a refund and replacement of such product or a refund.

After the customer advertises the correctness of the product, Pet Shop Bobi will ensure the collection of the goods as soon as possible, through the delivery of the authorized courier service. Shipping costs for such a refund will be fully borne by Pet Shop Bobby, after which they will send the customer a replacement product at the first possible delivery or grant a refund, at the customer's option, free of charge.

Right to withdraw from a distance contract

Your order, in accordance with Art. 28, Art. 34 and Art. 35 of the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/2014) you can cancel and cancel it without giving reasons and additional costs within 14 days after taking over the product in the country. In that case, we will take the product back with a refund or exchange it for another product, according to your choice. We will pick up the goods ourselves through the courier of the authorized courier service. The cost of one return and shipping of replacement products is borne by Pet Shop Bobi, and the direct costs of any subsequent returns are borne by the customer.

If you would like to cancel a distance contract and return one or more products, please simply contact us by email: petshopbobi@gmail.com a>. Our operators will contact you as soon as possible in order to ensure your rights as efficiently as possible.

If you withdraw from a distance contract, we will refund the money, including shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the date we receive the withdrawal form, with prior receipt in the country of the returned goods, using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction.

In the event of a refund and refund to a customer who has previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for the refund, Pet Shop Bobi will refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.

If you agree to use another means of payment for a refund, you will not incur any costs for such a refund.

Please note the possibility of liability for impairment of goods resulting from the handling of goods in a way that is not adequate, ie exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
